How does the commission work?
You earn a commission on the paid jobs from clients you refer. We track every referral and confirm the details with you when you sign up.
Can you work with tenants and invoice the owner?
Yes. We arrange access directly with tenants, send before and after photos, and invoice the owner, the agency or the trust account, whichever suits each property.
When do I get paid?
Commission is paid after the client has paid their invoice. We’ll confirm the payment schedule with you when you join.
Do I need to sell anything?
No. Just introduce us. We handle the quote, the job, the invoicing and the follow-up, and keep you updated.
